  • Admission at a university / college with a DLI (designated learning institution) – LOA
  • IELTS score of 6 overall (no bands less than 6)
  • Purchase of GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate) of CAD$ 10,200 – to cover the LE for one year
  • Fee receipt of 1st year TF
  • Medical certificate – at least 1 week before submission of the visa application
